Worship

Our Worship Ministry is continuing upward! This last year we added a new keyboard, a new rear projector, new "Easy Worship" software, new stage monitor system, and have become better organized.  New equipment is great but let's give some thanks to all those who serve this ministry regularly.   From the Worship leader to the guys who run the spotlight. We are a wheel with many spokes who work together every week to bring the "BEST" worship time possible, PRAISING GOD!
 There are still many areas to improve and we look forward to accomplishing these things in the next year.
· We would love to add a quality pianist to the Praise band, improve the sound system, and maybe add "In Ear Monitors".
· We will be more organized to provide many new areas of service. By the end of 2012 we would like to have two Praise teams.
· We desire to create a time of worship so that anyone who enters this house will draw closer to God and look forward to coming back.

The Worship Ministry consist of the following areas:

· WORSHIP LEADER: Leads the singing during Sunday morning worship. Work with and direct all other singers on Praise team.
· SOUND/LIGHTS:  Operate sound board and run lights (no leader needed) serve under Production Director and Worship Minister.
· VIDEO:  Oversee the operators' schedule. Train new techs. Work with Worship leaders to produce a high quality video production each Sunday. Responsible for CCTV operations.
· RECORDING:  Record the "Message" each week and download to website.
· SPOTLIGHT:  Run spotlight during service. (no leader needed) serve under Production Director and Worship Minister.
· COMMUNION MEDITATION:  Schedule "Knowledgeable" men to give meditations and offering thoughts. Teach those involved on the proper
way to deliver.
· COMMUNION PREPARATION:  Schedule communion preparers. Order and maintain communion supplies. See that used cups are removed
from Sanctuary and trays are cleaned and stored after each service.
· COMMUNION SERVICE:  Gather men each week to serve communion and pass out attendance books. Provide ushers for crowded events.
· BAPTISTRY MAINTENANCE:  Responsible for keeping water level, temp, and cleanliness of baptistery.  Make sure changing areas are stocked. Clean used towels etc. after baptisms.
· PRODUCTION DIRECTOR:  Oversee the A/V production. Work with service order to see that all those involved are present and understand the
order of service.
· DRAMA DIRECTOR:  Put together a small drama group to produce skits to coincide with message topics.
