The campus ministry at Cornerstone will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds including the following responsibilities;
· Housekeeping ministry is a vital ministry to ensure a facility that is ready for visitors and guest.  With support of the congregation this ministry will expand to include cleaning before our Wednesday programming.
· Building maintenance is an ongoing need at CCC.  From repairs on AC units, to changing light bulbs, there is always maintenance to be done.  
· Grounds maintenance will become much more important in 2012 as we use our entire property in ministry.  With the success of the “Ice Cream” social last summer, we will see greater use of our property in 2012
